A deposit is required to secure a spot.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Remaining balance must be paid before departure (deadline communicated separately).
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of participation without refund.

Promotional or early-bird prices apply only to a limited number of participants.
Private trip pricing starts from the advertised base price and may vary depending on customization.

Deposits are non-refundable.
If the participant cancels, no refund will be issued for any amount paid.
